Levels of knowledge is the latest meme
The idea of “levels of knowledge” is the latest fad passing through the web design blog world. So we have levels of HTML knowledge, levels of javascript knowledge, levels of web accessibility knowledge, heavily tongue-in-cheek and filled with insider references, and levels of CSS knowledge.
Everybody in the tribe likes to rank themselves against everyone else, so the web design tribe gets its chance. All of the top levels are worth a look as a place to aim. But remember, someone keeps moving the target.
